Hello! I wanted to introduce myself here since I'm going to be on here a lot moving forward. My name is Jake but I go by Flyte when its sports or games haha, and currently I have a 22g frag tank that's been happy and healthy for about 9 months now? maybe more, feels like a lot longer. I'm currently taking care of two black clowns, Scopus Tang, and a lawnmower blenny named twitch. As for the corals, I have a S. green leather, 2 red and 3 blue shrooms ,GSP, clove polyps, and the only zoa that I have that I remember the name is my god of war zoas, while having 2 or 3 bunch's I got at the very start that were testers. So far, I love it. I've got my water changes, my dosing, my feeding and my testing all down pat, all of which I find incredibly fascinating. I wanted to go to school for marine biology but didn't make it to where I wanted to be, haha so this is my way for doing what I love as a hobby. The Huge push that got me to break out of my zone and introduce myself, was the enormity of the task that I now find my self chugging forward to. As my love for the hobby grew, I found myself wishing I had just a couple more inches of room to add in coral or live rock, this seems to be the curse of most marine hobbyists. Which brings me to my current dilemma, my awesome Parents, Grandparents, and myself put together funds for my dream tank, but the tank is a huge leap from my little 22 that I have perfected to a 80g red sea tank that has the works, from auto dosing to the ato system. The main thought process behind this over the top upgrade, is that ill have a newborn son at the end of june-july, so the time that I have available to do the testing and remembering to top off, are things I'm afraid would be forgotten in the journey of learning how to be a good dad haha. I look very much forward to getting to know you guys/gals! my next post will be sure to have my current specs along with pictures(maybe get some of those zoas identified) and along with my future tanks specs and what it will have along with it. I would appreciate any feedback as I want to learn as much as possible
