Firstly, I would like to say hi to everybody here at R2R. I have been a lurkist for quite some time, but would like to break the ice with a question regarding the critters that you can hopefully see on my attached pics. I say "they" because there is another one around the other side of my Turbo. He is a big fella' and very hard working. I would say that the critters are around the half inch mark in length. I can't see any legs. Whoa! I just went back to my tank to make sure about the legs thing and the critters were gone. I can't be positive but I think that I may have seen it disappearing over the rim of my snail, but it was such a fleeting thing, I don't know, but they have definitely gone somewhere.
Could these be hurting him? Or is it maybe a symbiotic thing? Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

It does seems too look like fish [emoji90].

I see a fish, a snail and a serpent brittle star and a segment of snail poop on the shell of the snail. I think that is what you questioned. Snails poop is what it is.

Am I looking at the little stick on the snail?
You are sir. I've never come across it before. I can't see it on the substrate anywhere, but I am sure that if both you and "OrionN" know what it is, then that is good enough for me.
Thank you both.

Looks like a young dorvilledae worm.
Follow my rule- " If in doubt, chuck in out ". I would remove and flush

Snail poop.

Thanks guy's. Forgive the delay, work and all that. So...more of a sh!!!er than a critter. How stupid do I feel. I hope that my next post will be a lot more worthy.

Bristly May be a baby bristleworm. Hard to depict as photos are dark

Hi Vetteguy53081, sorry, I meant that the dorviliedae worm was more bristly/leggy than my object. You are right about the pics though. No real camera, just an iPhone 6
