Hi Anemone Advice Please

Question, i have young purple long tentacle anemone that keeps tumbling all over the tank..Normal? He was situated in the substrate next to some live rock for 2 days and ate a piece of shrimp this morning then tumbled himself into a cavern just a few minutes ago. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

It isn't normal. Should have its "foot" buried in the sandbed.

What size tank?
How long has it been set up?
What are your current water parameters --- with numbers please.
What lights do you have?
What it shipped or LFS? What lights was it under?
How deep is your sandbed?
What do you have for flow?
