I brought this tang about four weeks ago and she has a mark near her eye I think it was there when I got her but there's some small brown dots on the other side could anyone tell me what it is is it contagious and is it treatable thank you for you time

Looks like HLLE scaring to me. Very common in tangs. Offer nori, add vitamins to food, reduce stress it will slowly heal although some scaring is possible to stay.
