Hi everyone!
Although I’m not brand new to the forum, I finally started my first tank so I felt it was appropriate to finally introduce myself.
I’ve been debating about getting a saltwater tank for well over a year now. Last summer I almost bought one, but then Hurricane Irma came through and gave me second thoughts about buying one.
Fast forward to three weeks ago, I finally bit the bullet and ordered a Fluval Evo V (5 Gallon ) to make sure that I truly enjoyed the hobby before investing a lot into it.
Long story short, I became really excited that I was finally starting the hobby that I ended up canceling that order and instead ordered a IM 14 Peninsula, along with an AI Prime light and a complete ATO system. I’m currently on my third week of cycling and can’t wait to add fish, corals, cleaners, etc.
I’m completely new to this hobby so I know I wont be much help right now but hopefully soon I’ll be able to help other new reefers that are new to the hobby.
