Just joined this forum 2days ago and started reading and been learning also...

I have an almost 5 week old 30 gallon aquarium...

Still working on it... and hoping to have a lot of LPS corals...

Advises will be the ones i need moving forth... and hopefully you guys can help out...

Welcome to Reef2Reef! Post often and we love pictures ;)

One piece of knowledge in this hobby all should know is "nothing good comes fast in this hobby". With that in mind take things slow. Don't stock too fast and let your tank establish it's biological filtration before adding too much.
 
Welcome, and I completely agree with cdness above. These tanks are like bonsai. It's not about what they look like today, tomorrow, or even in 6 months. Time is key.

Looks mighty good for 5 weeks!! I'd let it and yourself enjoy your progress for a few weeks in this current condition.... don't push it or you will take a huge down slide. AND that wait if you do it will be the hardest part, today, we don't wait well.


(... uggh.. on the road and don't have my welcome banner on my laptop to post... darn. ..will edit in tonight..... if I'm smart enough)
