If I search I can sometimes find my questions were already asked by others so answers are just waiting for me to find on this site. Love how knowledgeable and helpful people are.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. Like you, I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Sounds like you might have just started your tank, so its a perfect time to start. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

Welcome! Hope you enjoy the hobby as much as we do! There is a YouTuber, I'm sure you are aware, his name is Jay's Real Reef UK. He has a reefing map of the UK! Great for a starter like yourself. It shows most of the known marine fish stores and coral specialists in and around the UK. With the exception of course of local fish shops like Maidenhead Aquatics which I'm sure your garden centre has one of. But all questions are welcome!

Hello and welcome! I just moved to Bristol from America and was nervous about there being good reef representation in the uk. Glad to see people on here from nearby!

Not too far. I was in Maidenhead Aquatics in Bridlington on Sunday! Great range of the more unusual fish and not bad prices.

Nowhere near Bridlington.
