Hi from NC!

Welcome to the Reef

Had two saltwater tanks with my dad when I was a teen and now looking to get back in the saddle and try a reef tank. The two tanks were 55 and 90 FOWLR tanks. I love Blennies, Foxface and especially EELs! Never got to keep an EEL yet and I’m dying to do so. If you don’t mind please check out my other topic here because I’m looking at moving to a mobile home and I need all the advice I can get.

I hope to have a tank sooner rather than later so I can scratch that fish itch

It sounds like you are in a rush. Nothing good happens fast in this hobby.

There are a lot of methods for cycling a tank quickly.

And there is no substitution for a 90 day quarantine.

I’m sorry? I don’t have a tank yet I was just saying what fish I liked.

If I get one I’ll be sure to do that. I just wanted opinion on the mobile home part

Well, where the mobile home part is concerned, I would think that you would probably want to frame under the area where the tank will be located. Also, placing the tank stand on a 3/4 inch piece of plywood might not be a bad idea.
