Hi from "sunny" essex

I'm completely new to reefing so forgive my inevitable noob questions (I promise to use search first).
I got tlk into marine tank by my wife.
It's a 125liter(approx 30galons).
Filled 2 weeks ago and is finishing cycling.
I have bought some rock from LFS's sump and I think I have an hitchhiker or 2.
I have 3 suspected aiptasia. dang things are tiny, 3-4 mm in diameter and can't photograph them.

One peculiar thing is in attachment, something like red claw pops out of the spiral tube from time to time.

Welcome, glad your here! The pictures are tough but if the “red claw” is feathery then it is a harmless filter feeding feather duster worm.

it's approx 2mm tube, Sony S20FE camera shows it's weakness,
