Hi my name is Tiffany. I am fairly new to salt water but I have had fresh for about 15 years. Needless to say since going salt i am broke..lol
I do love my reef though. It is still growing and my first salt was a 29 gallon biocube. Since then i have made the cube a qt tank and set up a 55. I just acquired a 90 gal and will be starting the build on the stand and sump soon. I ask a lot of questions so please be patient with me. I have now been doing the salt water for about 8 months with some ups and downs. Some poor corals and fish have sadly given their lives as I have learned what not to do. ( May they all rest in peace:frown:) I currently have the 55 with a 20 sump, a 35 gal hex (empty, i know how dare I leave a tank empty!), a 29 gal bio cube and ten gallon sump "project" and the newly acquired 90 gal.

Unfortunate salt water tanks can be very money/time consumers. Other than that, I love it! It sounds like you are on the right track. Read tons and ask a lot of questions.
Good luck! Let's see some tank shots!
