HI, I wanted to introduce myself, I have been keeping fish since I was 5 freshwater, then saltwater in HS, then reef, I got out of the hobby in 97 due to having a family, at one time I had over 22 tanks, in my basement, you can do that when you are single, LOL, I have taken classes in the past at Shedd Aquarium, I have a degree in animal science, worked at several pet stores and as a zoo keeper, Now I work for the railroad, as a conductor, my friend just gave me a 120 short, tank and all the stuff to set up a reef tank, lights, skimmer wet/dry pumps the whole set up!! As he gone 5 days a weeks for work and is moving so he wanted to get rid of everything, the tank isn't set up he tore it down a few months ago, so that is what brings me here, as I have been out of the hobby for about 16 yrs, I wanted to learn what is new and changed from back in the day.
