I have had saltwater/reef tanks going back into my teens in the mid 90’s. I took a year off in 2001 and started again. Took 10 years off and restarted in December 2022, so everything changed. I’m now full time home and not working 60+ hours a week. I started in December buying a 32 gallon biocube (In operation for a year) and moved all the tank.. rock, fish, and water to my house. My husband was going to buy me a new one for Christmas, I said I want one cycled and didn’t want to wait on fish. In January setup my 13.5g fluval AIO for hospital/quarantine. He thought I was done. In March I bought a 6ft long 125 gallon tank. I carried 150 lbs of live algae covered slime home. Used a little of the green saltwater and established sand and it has new life. I told him this might work for a year before we get a 300-500+ gallon tank for my tangs
