I was wondering how everyone hides the cords from the wave makers they put in their tank? I looked at pics of display tanks and I cant see most peoples cords from all the pumps and stuff in them. Heck, I cant even see the pumps themselves on some of them? I ask this because I am going to need a few more than usual for waterflow in my custom tank probably and all the cords hanging all over will probably drive my ocd wife nuts. lol.

I think some of those big beautiful tanks have manifolds drilled into the back or the vortechs where the wires are on the outside... I've seen some that have "rocks" that house the powerheads also... But you'd still have to hide the wires or....Photoshop.

what do you mean by manifolds I hear manifold and I think cars lol
there will be a full cabinet so if designed properly it could still hide cords

They have several holes drilled in the back of their tank and use a big return pump that splits the water back from the sump to distribute back into the tank... they use this technique feather than have any powerbeads at all. I found a picture quickly - i've seen much nicer ones though...
