Alright for all those who have their lights suspended from your ceiling how do you hide the light cords? I am thinking of hanging a 48 inch t5 hybrid with 2 hydra 32s over a peninsula tank and would like to hide the cords as muchs as possible

Unless you have an outlet above the tank it's going to be visible. I just use a zip tie anchor attached to the back of the tank to keep the cord where I want it and to keep the weight of the cord from pulling on the fixture.

Use a cable runner/raceway that has adhesive backing. Run the cables through the end caps then behind the fixture to the center or a side. From there tuck them into the raceway.

For a peninsula it’s the same concept. Maybe stick the adhesive runners horizontally onto the fixture itself and hide cables inside of it. Run cables all the way down the fixture and then once you get to the edge near the wall, place another runner vertically and continue the wires. Buy extension cords for the extra reach
