I'm looking to add wave makers in the tank but don't want to see any wires. Has anyone successfully hidden wires on a rimless tank? I was considering encasing in pvc and burying the wire in the sand and running it out of the tank from back corner. Any ideas? I've seen vortechs but those aren't currently aren't a affordable option.

You could always try to hide the wavemakers in rocks like the Tunze stream rocks or similar....

or just use the magnet rocks to cover the wires.

and every time you have to do some maintenance you have to remove the rocks to...

vortech wavemaker and you don't have any cable inside the tank

as others have mentioned, neat and hidden wiring is fantastic, until that day you need to clean your machines.

I currently have two MP40s and two WAVS.....all on the back wall which is painted black. All 4 pumps are virtually invisible due to the black background...WAV cords included.
