High Akalinity High calcium very low mag

I have a 75 gallon with a 40 gallon sump that is a few months old now I just upgraded the tank from a 75 with just a canister filter I am running a scimmer and refigum in the sump as well and all things are testing perfect but my alkalinity and calcium are all over the place just tested a few mins ago and my akalinty is at a 12 my calcium at a 500 and ph at a 8.2 but when I test my mag its reading 150 very confused need help

What test kit?

Magnesium is not 150 ppm. Perhaps you are reading the syringe backward?
