Hello all, new to the site but im hoping this site my be a good place to get ideas and maybe advice on some questions i may have about my tank. I have 2 clowns in my 55gal tank and my ammonia is reading a little high. I do not have a base source of bacteria yet to balance my tank yet...is it safe to add some bottled bacteria (Dr. tims one and only) and do you think this could bring the levels down or maybe a water change along with that. Any input would be appreciated i would hate to lose my pair of clowns if i can avoid it. Thanks!
