high calcium 530? a problem? dkh fine mag fine

somewhat new reefer here. I have a 50 cube with some lps and some acros as well (frags) I have been running kalk to maintain alk and calcium though i havent determined the correct amount yet. my calcium is around 530 and the alk is 9.2 ( i have quit using kalk for a few days) my 220 tank also has this high calcium same issue. if other params are ok dkh and mag..is this a problem..should I stay off the kalk longer. I do some auto water changes usually about 20 gals every 10 days in the 50 and 30 gals every 10-12 days in the 220. I use tropic marin pro so the average alk of that is like 8.5 ...would love to hear some advice

530 ppm calcium is not anything that I would work to change, but I might not add any fir a while.

What does that have to do with pH? Calcium has no direct impact on pH.

What exactly do you dose? Normal calcium supplements do not raise or lower pH. Alkalinity supplements, on the other hand, can have substantial impacts on pH.

Also, just adding di water at pH 7 to a reef tank at pH 8.0 can, oddly enough, raise pH.

I seem to always run high Ca as well.
Triton method. 110G currently no sump, no skimmer, just rock, and two gyre pumps, and a canister filter with carbon and floss. 1st tank leaked and set this up temporarily.
New 140G under construction.

Have lowered the Ca dose by 2ml every week, but Ca only has dropped from 560 to the 544 so far.
Using a Trident and backed up with Hanna checkers, always have matched so far.
Tank parameters are fairly stable at
Dkh 9.5
Ca 544
Mag 1359
Sal 1.026

PH always around 8.3 when I think about testing it with my Hanna.
Apex PH readings normally read lower an average of .7 and seem to follow that trend.
Apex Salinity is a joke, tried and tried but gave up, currently showing a 62. Have a new probe sitting in the box waiting, maybe that will do the trick?
