ok .. my trident ran out of reagents. and i went ahead to swap all and did a calibration for the trident without turning off the auto calcium dosing. long story short. trident calibration had calcium set on 415 which is not the true figure and my trident auto dos was set at 450. what happens next is my doser kept dosing calcium thinking it was too low and i end up with a 535 calcium lvl. may i know if it'll cause some major damage to my sps with calcium jumping from 450-540 in an hour?

Mines at 500, not entirely sure why, but I have an idea. I think randy states anywhere from 350-600 ppm is ok and the more you have you may have more abiotic precipitation.

ok the dos went crazy again n went on to dose more calcium to the tank.. now the calcium is at 621 ppm. shud i do a 10-20 pct water change? or leave it as it is for it to drop slowly
