My calcium levels are over 500 / red sea test kit/ as I let them drop naturally over time will my alkalinity levels rise if I keep dosing the same amount daily?

Not likely that you'd notice much difference, unless it is VERY high. Calcium levels don't seem to control coral growth (one sink for calcium and alkalinity) and and the difference in abiotic precipitation (the other sink) between 550 ppm calcium and 450 ppm calcium is small. Like the difference between NSW at pH 8.0 and 8.1.
