Tis not. Is a rare form of nepethea. I have one myself and wwc sells them for 100 a one inch frag...
 
I saw this on DD tonight. Do you think it's just the lighting or really yellow?

I am always skeptical of anything I haven't seen in person on yellows but maybe that means I've missed out on a few beautiful corals?
 
Im sure lighting plays a part in how it looks. Mine is quite yellow but looks morw green under blues.
