Did your LFS not know the names? 2nd pic looks like TGC Cherry Bomb and the third pic looks like WD.

My 300 is a year old tomorrow. It is mostly lps and zoas. Have 4 birdnest(SPS) that I fragged to try and save it as it was dying in a friends tank. 8 Months later I have 4 nice size frags about 2"x2"x2"..now I will begin the journey to find a few super special SPS for the top of the tanks rock work. My rock work is basically lots of caves, flat layered rocks. I spent a lot of time with hammer drill and concrete saw to create it all. No glue was used.
SO does anyone have pic of their special SPS to give me ideas?

I am from asia and the lfs here doesnt really know the popular names given to these Sps. But they are aware that these are sold as high ends sps in america

as long as your happy and were ok with the price, then I say it is a win for you...Now all we can do is try and find their names. Have you tried websites in America to see if you can find them. Try Tidal Gardens or World Wide Corals websites. The owner of Tidal Gardens is a very nice guy and their website is filled with info and videos..

That say high end, but don't know the names . That makes no sense. Not bashing you btw . Just kinda funny . They are very nice tho

Nice! It can be very hard to identify a particular "strain" of coral, because colors and growth form change dramatically depending on the conditions of an aquarium. I don't worry about names when it comes to coral. They don't really make a difference in the long run.

Thanks for help.. now i am trying to look at tidal n wwc websites to id the 1st n last sps. They are mille but not easy to match their trade names

Depending on your system those so called high ends can brown out, green out, bleach out and rtn/stn out
Yup, this is true. They require a “high end “ support system to keep the parameters, (elements, light, water flow) in place for these coral to thrive. Hopefully the op can keep them happy, I want some frags later!
