High fin goby dying?

I introduced high fin goby and a pistol shrimp, they worked together after finding each other in a cave, goby and pistol shrimp seemed to have created the symbiotic relationship, this seemed to work well, my last order was in October which included a fire shrimp, fire shrimp overtook pistol shrimp cave and my goby was kicked out. She was swimming about but could not find a great place to settle, my goby has been acting weird since, she was sleeping with firefish under my filter? I don't have many photos or videos , I have caught her today and seen white poo, Everything looks great in my aquarium but this poor girl...

White poo indicates internal parasite in which you can use seachem metroplex and focus which is a binder for food as long as it eating.
How is fishs' breathing rate ?
Is fish eating ?
