I have a dead zone in my 90G that has high light but little to no flow at all. I have the AI vega lights. What could I put there that would do well?

I had Florida ricordea in my tank and it hated flow. Maybe that would work.

How high of light? You might have a hard time finding something that will work if there is a ton of light and no flow as one of the ways corals deal with over illumination is heat dissipation and that depends on flow. There was an article out there somewhere talking about more light need more flow. Of course it depends how high of light we are talking about.

Yeah I had a huge rock of xenias but got rid of it. Everything I've put there doesn't do well at all. The light isn't too high....I think the lack of flow is the biggest reason. I could always put a side pump in but that'll change the flow of my entire tank and could risk losing some of my other coral. I think i'll go back to the xenia rock and buy another tank to mess with....hahahaha. Thanks for the feedback.
