High Molybdenum

!s molybdenum at 100 ug/l harmful in the reef aquarium. I was dosing but stopped so can I let go down slowly or should I do water changes? Thanks

If your unsure its best to do waterchanges. Id do one 40% change.

Unless you are observing a problem, I'd just stop adding it and continue your usual water changes.
