High nitrates despite taking measures

I got clarisea rollermat, 50w bubble king skimmer, biopellet reactor, refugium AND dosing 5ml vodka a day. Also got ton of Seachem Matrix in the sump.

And my nitrates are still at 15-20. I feed 2 frozen cubes a day and sprinkle once some NLS pellets in a 100g tank.

Oh yeah forgot to mention I have 72w UVC and running ozone on and off. I think that could be the reason my nitrates are high because it's killing bacteria? Turned both off now to see what will happen.

Beautiful set up. Also, 15 to 20 is really not high. If you are not having any algae issues and your corals are doing good, then dont sweat it honestly.

15-20 is perfect. I dose nitrates to maintain 20. This also curbs phosphate issues.

As long as they stable I would just carry on doing what you doing and not change a thing.
