High nitrates

My pho4 is at O ppm
And no3 is as 32ppm. I'm going nuts over this stuff. Thanks for the help

I think you'll need to raise phosphates to get the nitrates to go down.

+1 on checking phosphates and if at zero letting them rise a bit by decreasing GFO use or other.

Foods definitely are the ultimate source for nitrate, and that would have boosted it a lot. So it may take longer to bring it down now.

No problem Ryan... If you want, you can pick up a Fleet enema from the drug store and dose around 3 drops per 10 gallons of waters. That will get you a 0.04 ppm concentration. That is usually plenty and works very well. It's what we did with my nephew's tank.
