I have a 125. Eshopps wet dry, protein skimmer. I have 125 lbs of live rock. Blue tang, yellow tang, blue face angel, hawkfish, two clowns. I cannot get my nitrates under control. All my other tests are perfect. I use RO water for my water changes.this is really holding me back. Any help would be appreciative.

Yes, 80 is starting to get up there. And while immediate intervention isn't required, 80 is the kind of number you want to pay attention to.
The protein skimmer is the sewerage treatment plant of your tank. Having one will go a long way in keeping your NO3 at an acceptable range.
A refugium is a great way to reduce NO3 through export.
Are you running a protein skimmer? Does your sump have a refugium?

What is your water change frequency and amount? While 80 is on the high side its not catastrophic for a FOWLR that's used to it. I feel you could reduce the numbers by doing more frequent water changes, and could reduce feeding a bit. Tangs and angels are pretty messy feeders IMO
