Help please!! I have been fighting now for 2 weeks that my ph will go it to 460 at night and stay in the 450’S all day. Performed water changes changed carbon and gfo. I also have a o2 scrubber on the skimmer. No this is dead in the tank and everything looks normal. What is my next step?

High ORP implies fewer reducers (decaying organics in this case) and more oxidizers. Did your average pH recently go down? If so, that could be why ORP went up. Still, it isn't in a range where I would worry about it. Might be worth recalibrating your ORP probe if you haven't already.

Theres an inverse relationship for ph & orp so at night you ph will drop & orp increase and visa versa during the day. If you dont run Ozone I wouldn't worry about your orp. If your orp is that high without ozone then your probe is giving you false readings. Its dirty or has a bubble or something growing on it.
