i have a spot in my tank that has very low flow (hardly any ) and par ranging from 290ish -350.
looking for suggestion on something that could fill this spot . clam ? lps ? sps ?

Zoas can handle a lot of par if acclimated to it. And only need enough flow to rid themselves of excess foods or trapped debris. Gsp would be another choice if separated from rest of your rock work.

Can you give a rough par number? High is kind of open to interpretation. My clams range from roughly 150 - 250 par which can be on the higher or loer end depending on the system. I've also seen some acclimated to higher par levels so that may be a possibility. If you don't have a par level l, what coral are thriving at roughly the same hight in the tank?
There are also lps like euphelia or bubble coral (to name a few) that could do quite well in higher par conditions 200ish and like lower flow.
You didn't mention anemones which of course could move but if there's a spot where it could plant a foot and extend upward a bubbletip or (if you have a lot of room) magnificent could be awesome. Do you have a pic of the prospective spot?

Wow sry some how I missed the par numbers you gave sorry
That's pretty high par wise the only thing I have at those levels in my tank would be acros(low flow would probably be bad though) but I've seen clams at high 300s as well if you acclimate them up.
