High phosphate new system?

My system is 4 months old. Ajd i had an issue with nutrients bottoming out 0 nitrate, and phosphatem iv been dosing neophos, AB+, reef roids. But it does seem like i over dosed neophos. And my phosphate is 0.09 after it was 0.01 and i thought it wasnt registering. How bad did i screw my system? I did a 5 gallon water change yesterday. Its a 53 gallons system. My nitrate is 8.6. Phosphate 0.09

.09 shouldn’t be a problem unless you have corals negatively reacting to the jump.

Quite often my PO4 is up around .08-.1 and everything does just fine.
