High phosphates (.16), normal nitrates (5ppm)

If your corals aren't showing any complaints, don't bother taking phosphate out. Too easy to get it low, which starves corals and can encourage dinos. Reduce feeding the corals a tiny bit, maybe. Continue feeding the fish the same amount, feeding isn't semi-optional for them like it is for corals.

Don't chase numbers when it comes to nitrates and phosphates. If they aren't zero or near it, no need for any serious alarm. Zero of either would likely be cause for alarm, though- that can kill your corals.
