On day 10 of fishless cycle. Phosphates at 2.31. Should i do a water change or take other actions to reduce phosphates, or just ignore it for now?

Current chemistry:

Ph: 8.2
Salinity: 1.019
Phosphates: 2.31 (measured with Hannah)
Nitrates: 25 (i have read nitrites can cause a false reading)
Nitrites: 0.2
Ammonia: 1.5, have been dosing every 1-2 days to keep it around 1.5 to 2

Tank setup/process to date:

- using DrTim’s one and only and DrTim’s ammonia.
- 65gal system,
- started with RO water and RedSea salt
- Used 2nd hand rock (was bleached and dried).
- New sand in display, sand was
- Caribsea miniral mud in sump as part of refugium. No macro algae in refugium yet
- lights are off.
- no skimmer.
- water seems clear, no visible algae except for some light fogginess on glass that I have cleaned up.

During a cycle ? Nope. Just leave it. If you have phosphates after the cycle is done, normally 3 weeks to a month then I would probanly take action. Or let them go away naturally before adding livestock.
