High phosphates in water i'm curing rocks in

Hey fish nerd quick question... I am a year into the saltwater hobby and i'm starting to dial things in. A year ago I dove into the saltwater hobby with little direction. I bought three white rocks that I was told were reef safe. They glow in the dark. This can't be good so I am in the process of curing some real rock. One of the rocks i'm curing had been in my tank months ago. There was definitely some life in/on it. I soaked two rocks in saltwater for a month and have watched the cycle. There's no amonia, nitrates or nitrites but the phosphates in the water are sky high( 0.89) and ( 1.00). I've just got the phosphates in this tank down to a manageable number (0.06) and i'm worried if I put these new rocks in the tank i'll kick the phosphates up.Is there anything I can do with the cured rocks to lower the phosphates before I put them in my tank?

How about putting them in a bucket with an air stone and bag of GFO and test the water periodically?

Will changing any of the water the rocks are curing in make a difference ?
