High Phosphates, low Nitrates

My tank is almost a year running- have gone through all the usual stuff, extremely high nitrates, dinos, etc, got them all in check now but my nitrates are now 2.5 and phosphates are .45 ( after running PhosGuard for 4 days- was .49) my fish and corals are all fine. Anything for me to do?

I would not do anything at this point except normal water changes.

I've read that if the nitrates are too low, it's hard to get the phosphates down- should I try to get my nitrates up

I'd quit chasing #s unless #s are way out of bounds... like po4 being over 1.0
