Quick question... does anyone know how potassium could get this high? I haven't been dosing it in any way....

Could be many things.
What salt mix you're using.

I set the tank up with Red Sea Coral Pro, but I switched over and about 30% of the water volume is Aquaforest now.

I feed a frozen food called Reef Gumbo, have also fed Reef Chili in the past, dose Amino Acids, and use BRS 2-part.

Could any of those be the culprit?

Test your new salt mix on potassium.
If you ain't dose it then the possibility is maybe from you new salt mix.
Also look if you handle the test right as we don't want a error testing.
