Silicon has been rising slowly since 2017 . My RODI water analysis is always zero. Is this a harmful reading and if so how do I lower it? Where is it coming from?

Some people have very high levels, but it often isn’t clear what chemical it is exactly or where it comes from, but seems to not cause problems. I’d ignore it if diatoms are not a big problem. Glass fiber products might be one cause.
