The only additive I started using from last normal vanadium level on Triton test was Sponge Excell from Britewell Aquatics. Could this be the source of the current high vanadium level?

The most recent Triton test detected a Vanadium level of 3.5 ug/L, the setpoint is 1.2ug/L therefore a deviation of 2.29ug/L. They said that was "too high"How high was the level and was anything else substantially elevated?
I don’t think that is high enough to warrant special action except not intentionally dosing it.
