Higher magnesium

After watching brs/wwc I have put an effort into raising my mg to 1400 dosing brightwell neo mag ,,definitely noticed improved pe and growth on my sps and montis,,,

My sps were growing well with my mag around 1250 until I found out it was “low”. Then I raised it to 1440 like WWC and growth has stopped. How long have you had your mag around 1400 and noticed growth?
