Higher tds after filtef change?

Im having higher tds after filter change? Like i changed my brs 6 stage the carbon, and the sponge, my DI still good. I get 0 after DI. And for the IN i get 3ppm? Normal?

I've always heard and been told to run the rodi for an hour or make 5-10 gallons, discard those, then re check. That usually solves the problem for me.
