just out of curiosity has anyone ever changed sliders on an LED fixture to see if they can get 100% pur? Like what did you change that caused the PUR to go up? Was it more white less white? More boue etc etc. I know it doesnt matter much but just out of curiosity

That is 100% PUR? How do you measure PUR?

Is this on some specific device you are asking about?

I'm very curious whats pur ?

PUR is a variation of PAR. PAR is Photosyntheticly Active Radiation. That's spectrum that is possible to be used for photosynthesis by anything that does photosynthesis, including terrestrial plants. PUR is Photosyntheticly Usable Radiation. That is the spectrum of light that some specific organism uses to do photosynthesis. Corals have algae called zooxanthellae that use mostly spectrum in the blue range and some in the red. Each zooxanthellae has a different list of PUR.

PAR meters measure all the available radiation, even wavelenths that have no use to corals. This is why PAR > lumens but PAR is not totally ideal.
