Has anyone tried and had success with this product for getting rid of ich. My 12 fish are in a ht right now and I am using this product and was hoping to get some feedback.

To my knowledge, nothing has been confirmed to eradicate ich except copper and hypo salinity. You may be able to keep it under control with the off-the-shelf stuff, but if you want to be sure then go with one of these.
One of the benefits of a hospital tank is that you can do treatments that aren't safe for your display. You've done the hard part getting a tank set up- I would really start hyposalinity if you have the time.
