Hipargero led light what is your settings

So i have had the hipargero for a min now still dont understand what is the best setting for the light my tank is a 5 gallon marineland all in one system built in the back filtration where do you keep your lights at or what would you recommend for a tank like mine

40% White/100% Blue, but I started at 10%/50% and increased over three weeks. Before I took the tank apart most everything was doing fine. Zoa, mushrooms, and hammer did ok at the bottom (10" under water/ lights 6" above the water = 16" total). Had a test common green SPS about 4" under the lights and nothing really good or bad happened. Overall, everything was growing, just not quickly.
