Bought a 29 gallon tank for the hippo to be medicated. It’s still eating today is 2nd day in the meds to get rid of flukes.

I did the fresh water dip a week ago there was something coming off. I then saw them come back yesterday it was covered today a few bumps.

Personally I’d say to just stay the course, and maybe add some more hiding spots (like pvc pipes) to make him feel more comfortable.
