Just got a hippo yesterday and noticed today it's scratching against the heater. I am doing TTM but I also noticed it twitching a bit which makes me think flukes. Next transfer (36hr method for ich and velvet) is in 16hrs (12/31 by 4am).

Should I dose prazi on the next transfer or just do it now? And, prazi only needs 24hrs, correct?

Lastly, how do wrasse handle prazi? I have a leopard wrasse qt'ing w the hippo but if I need to separate I will.

It seems you find a hippo at the lfs. They all look. Great. Took the best one who was not nervous ate like a pig. Brought her home. Next day flashed all day and 2 days later came the white spots. I think all blue tangs should come with copper and prazipro

Could also be ich, can present with flashing before any spots appear. Freshwater dip would confirm flukes, but honestly it's better to just use prazi anyways, in case of internal parasites.

Prazi I believe is 2 24 hour doses a couple days apart, should say on the bottle.

Hah! True. I bought a hippo from the same store a month ago, no issues w that one except he swam into a powerhead... And that was that. They mark the date of the fish's arrival, this one was 12-5. I still expect it anyways. I'm just wondering if I should start prazi now or wait until the transfer. I'm sure the transfer will outpace the ich.
