sorry about my son in the background lol forgot to add also hes been in the tank 3 months and the last time i added anything wet was last night i added 3 corals before that nothing had been added for 2 1/2 months and he was in QT for a month before being added to the DT

video didnt play for me. but it could also be flukes other than an injury.
For flukes you can do a freshwater bath and see if anything white is left behind in the pan/bucket etc. For injury, will need antibiotics like furan2 and kanaplex etc.

my QT process involves also treating for flukes with prazi twice and hes been in the tank for 3 months this is the first time this issue has happened but like i said earlier the eye isnt like that anymore but ill keep an eye on it no pun intended lol
the reason im pretty sure it was an injury is my wife has been working in the den near the tank painting window sills and things and hes been diving in and out of the rocks whenever she comes near the tank hes a big scaredy cat lol

Pristine water and a great diet should clear that up as long as it’s not flukes which shouldn’t be the problem due to your wet process. Same thing has happened to me and it cleared up. Just monitor to make sure it doesn’t become an infection.
