Hippo Tang diagnosis

We have had this Hippo Tang for 4 years. He eats well, swims all over, and shows no signs of any issues. However for the past several months he has been looking a little ragged. We have not introduced any new fish or corals in a while. All tank parameters are good. We think he may just be nicked up from the right little place he likes to sleep at night. Any thoughts?

Coral burn? Maybe he’s decided to sleep next to one that doesn’t like him.
