Hippo Tang discoloration by body

Just noticed my hippo tang has like a discoloration by its tail. Almost like if it rubbed against something and the color erased lol. And ignore the HLLE by it’s safe that was from copper like a year ago just never went away.

I tried expanding pic and cant and image is too dark to clearly identify. Please repost under white lighting

Agree if you could do the picture again - OR blow up the area - it would help. I'm not sure what else it would be but an injury - however the question is is it infected or not?

How long have you had this fish? What other fishes are in the tank?
