Hippo tang ich?!?!

Hey everyone!
I’m wondering if this is ich or scratches.
This hippo has been in QT with copper 1.5-2.5 for a month and has had his dose of general cure.
I put him in a he main display and he wedged himself in some rock work, I took him out and then he wedged I self deeper.
Him and the clowns are my first fish I’ve put in DT and clowns looks fine.
They are all eating and acting normal.
So I’m wondering if it’s scratches or is he going to have to go back to QT?
His left side is all clear other than a few of the spots on head

Although does not appear as ich but rather viral, It is important with coppersafe that you does full level of 2.25-2.5. With the 1.5 mentioned, this fish in essense was not fully cleansed and you would have had to start the medication clock all over again.
Also how were you monitoring copper level (with what kit ). Wedging is a normal behiovior for hepatus/regal tangs
Please also refrain from cross posting as it is harder for others to get answers on weekends and it only diverts attention others are also awaiting

Just keep stable parameters and add selcon to the diet , looks like lymphocyst

i set up my media reactor with zeolite and carbon, and added something similar to selcon (cant find selcon in canada)
