Hippo tang not eating for months

Hey guys. So I have this Hippo Tang in my QT as he was not doing well in my DT i.e always hiding, playing dead and not eating. Even though I put him in the QT he still won't eat. He looks skeletal and has lost colour. He hasn't been eating any nori or pallets for about 2 months. Please help

Yes it used to be quite fat actually, was very happy for the first 3 months swimming aroind and eating everything he saw.

Can you post a picture of your fish? You mentioned that the fish is "skeletal" looking. Is it overall or primarily the upper half near the spine? Any belly bloat or distended? How do the eyes look to you?

What have you tried to feed him? Are you using seaweed? Frozen mysis?
